David was my first EM, and I EMed and APed with him the first time. When I got elected, I was talking to David about how I had come a long way, and asked him if he agreed with me. He thought for a long time, and said that he really enjoyed working with me as an EM and AP and stopped....When I pushed him on how I did as an associate...he paused and sheepishly said that he had no clue that he had worked with him as an associate...I gave him more details, and still he did not remember. Well, i realized I had to give up... I learnt a lot from him on my first assignment...I still wonder how much more I would have learnt from him, if remembered (i.e., spent more time on that study!!)
